The women’s soccer team remains undefeated in CUNYAC competition after Wednesday’s 7-0 victory over Medgar Evers College extended the Bulldogs’ winning streak to four straight games.

From the moment the clock started ticking, the Bulldogs showed no mercy towards Medgar Evers, scoring all seven goals in the first half of the game.

Midfielder Jordan Kerwin (#5) kicked things off with her fourth goal of the season in the first minute. A minute later Iliana Cabral (#8) put the Bulldogs up two goals. Kerwin scored her second goal of the game in the fifth minute.

Reigning CUNYAC Player of the Week, forward Victoria Ramirez (#14) also got in on the action, scoring her fifth goal of the season and fourth for Brooklyn. Freshman midfielder Anna Curran (#17) notched her second goal of the season and sixth for Brooklyn in the 15th minute.

Narasha Lynch (#11) scored lucky number seven for the Bulldogs in the 31st minute. Cabral, Sangam Gurung (#23), and Lynch all scored their first goals of the season.

The Bulldogs take a break from the field and continue their season on Tuesday, Oct. 4, as they face-off against New York University.
