Philosophy Department Hosts Halloween Film Screenings

On September 27th, the Philosophy Department announced that they will be holding a series of screenings all throughout October. Dubbed “The Twisted Vision Series,” the department will screen an episode of the Emmy-winning science fiction anthology series Black Mirror followed by a thematically similar episode of the classic television series the Twilight Zone. Food, and philosophical discussion, will follow. Dates for the Twisted Vision Series are as follows:

Tuesday, October 3rd, 5:15-7:30 pm: “Nosedive” / “Eye of the Beholder”
Friday, October 13th, 3:30-5:15 pm: “White Bear” / “Person or Persons Unknown”
Tuesday, October 17th, 5:15-7:30 pm: “Hated in the Nation” / “The Monsters are Due on Maple Street” Thursday, October 26th, 5:15-7:30 pm: “The Entire History of You” / “To Serve Man”
